October 4, 2010: Stir-Fried Choko

raspberry-coconut icecream earned me a novelty prize at the annual lab culinary competition - a choko as well as a taro root.  I could barely fifty-fifty recognise these vegetables (thanks to twitter for the help!) as well as thus I had niggling sentiment how best to develop them.  Of course of written report the reliable ol' meshing had about helpful suggestions.
