January 10, 2011: The Gasometer Iii

11/11/2013: We're lamentable to study the closure of our dearest Gasometer.

We've been past times the Gasometer a brace to a greater extent than times, too the bill of fare has lately been downsized a little.  There's notwithstanding enough to enjoy, though!  We were disappointed to immature lady out on the manchege-filled croquettas served amongst smoked garlic aioli too consoled ourselves amongst fried olives stuffed amongst goats curd ($8).  They're a perfect beer-time amusement.

The Castilian mode mushrooms ($9) are juicy too laden amongst smoked paprika.  The bread's best saved 'til last, hence equally to soak upward all the sauce.

The salsa board ($12) is a calorie-free too new alternative to the green pub nachos.  The tortilla chips look to live fried too salted to order, too the salsas are sum of fresh ingredients similar pineapple, avocado too corn.

Michael was underwhelmed past times the dark edible bean too chilli burrito ($16).  Though he liked the accompanying pico de gallo too cashew cream, their flavours weren't quite sufficient to enliven a bland beans'n'rice filling.

Onto dessert!  (And around poorly lit too shot photos - sorry.)  Influenza A virus subtype H5N1 recent vegan too gluten-free choice has been a Mexican spiced chocolate tart served amongst java cream ($11).  It's materials to transportation the pump of whatsoever restricted-diet sugariness molar aflutter, too is a worthy choice for whatsoever omnivore too.

I've got to admit, though, it was upstaged past times peanut butter loving cup icecream sandwich ($11).  Vanilla icecream too crushed peanuts squished betwixt whopping brownie slabs - bold too oh, hence beautiful.

The Gasometer folk are doing great things amongst the pub bill of fare format.  Theirs is a new diverseness of bar snacks too hearty meals that adjust well-nigh dietary requirements.  And though it's no prerequisite, they're doing a smashing project amongst desserts too.
