November 22, 2010: Zesty Orangish Mojo Tofu

chimichurri tofu. It follows the same basic approach, alongside a marinade made from orangish juice as well as zest, lime juice, garlic, as well as spices. We mistimed everything a picayune as well as left the tofu a fleck under-baked then it lacked the wonderful texture of our outset shot, but the flavours were fantastic - sweetness as well as tangy, spiced upwards alongside garlic as well as oregano.

Cindy took it upon herself to whip upwards around sides - using upwards our silverbeet  alongside capers as well as sultanas (also from Viva Vegan). This was an ideal accompaniment, its dressing cutting through the slightly dry out tofu as well as the salty capers adding around other season to the mix. She also made upwards around reddish quinoa, rounding things out perfectly. This all left us alongside around magnificent lunches for the working calendar week ahead.
