January 31, 2011: Sweet'n'sour Bircher Muesli (Breakfast Series Business Office Ii)

Sweet'n'sour bircher muesli

two cups rolled oats
juice of two lemons
1 loving cup water
two Granny Smith apples
two cups yoghurt
vi tablespoons honey
fresh or poached fruit, to serve
four tablespoons hazelnuts, roughly chopped

In a medium bowl, mix together the rolled oats, lemon juice too water.  Cover the mixture too permit it to soak overnight.

Stir the yoghurt too dearest into the oats.  Peel too grate the apples, adding them to the muesli.  Serve the muesli inwards bowls, topped amongst extra fruit too sprinkled amongst hazelnuts.
