Serious Eats Vegan Brownies

Serious Eats vegan brownies
(adapted from this recipe)

1 generous tablespoon malt syrup

1 generous teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat an oven to 180°C. Line a 20cm-square baking tray amongst newspaper together with lightly spray it amongst oil.

In a medium-large bowl, sift together the sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, espresso pulverization together with baking powder.

Set a medium-large saucepan over low-medium heat. Melt the cocoa butter inwards it; whisk inwards the malt syrup together with soy milk.
