These aren't specially authentic roti-wise, but they're incredibly, incredibly easy. There's no yeast, no eggs, no mucking or hence - but some kneading, a fleck of patience too and then a duo of minutes frying. The results were fantastic! Soft, pliable too delicious; the perfect vessel for our spicy chickpeas. We'll definitely brand them again.
Soft flatbread

3/4 loving cup of milk (soy or almond plant fine)
50g butter (Nuttelex or margarine is fine)
2 cups patently flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
