Jamie Oliver's Vegan Brownies

When I set the telephone band out for everyone's favourite vegan brownie recipes, a helpful mortal inwards a facebook grouping pointed me to Jamie Oliver's recipe. I liked that it was based on the kinds of ingredients I e'er accept at home, as well as that the batter included both cocoa as well as melted nighttime chocolate for a deep chocolate flavour. Jamie Oliver's vegan brownies
(slightly adapted from a recipe on his website)

200g nighttime chocolate chips
170g self-raising flour
three teaspoons cocoa
180g caster sugar
pinch of salt
1 loving cup soy milk
1/3 loving cup sunflower oil
1 teaspoon vanilla


Preheat an oven to 180°C. Line a twenty cm foursquare baking tray amongst newspaper as well as lightly spray it amongst oil.

Melt 150g of the chocolate yesteryear your preferred method (I role a double boiler-type set-up), as well as gear upwardly it aside to cool slightly.

In a large bowl, sift together the flour as well as cocoa. Stir inwards the carbohydrate as well as salt. Stir inwards the soy milk, oil, vanilla as well as melted chocolate until everything is good combined. Fold through the remaining chocolate.

Pour the brownie batter into the baking tray as well as polish over the top. Bake the brownie for 20-25 minutes until the edges are cooked but the centre is notwithstanding wobbly.
