For dessert at that spot was trifle in addition to gleegan-suitable Kingston biscuits in addition to Tim Tams.  I tried my manus at private vegan pavlovas alongside a lot of help from a twosome of pre-packaged groceries - the ol' KitchenAid for unopen to serious whipping.  I'm non sure that I got quite plenty air into the mixture, every bit this pocket-sized quantity was supposed to brand 24 cookies each 5cm inward diameter, but the flavor in addition to texture were quite remarkable - real marshmallowy in addition to a fleck sticky-gooey-gluey.

I spooned the goop into 11 cupcake papers in addition to was rather excited - they looked pretty darn impressive!

Alas, I close sure as shooting baked them also long.  In my enthusiasm for crunchy edges, I ended upwards alongside zippo but!  My meringues were to a greater extent than similar hollowed-out saccharide shells.

Of course, hollowed-out shells brand pretty neat vessels for cream, in addition to then I but filled these upwards alongside canned passionfruit pulp in addition to Soy Whip.  In all their fragility, nosotros needed teaspoons to consume them.  These weren't quite pavlovas but they looked the business office in addition to had most of the elements they needed - cool cream, sour fruit in addition to a fiddling sugary crispness... but non plenty cloudy meringue.
