April 28-May 2, 2011: Holiday-Home Cooking


After Easter, Michael together with I took a holiday.  We booked a self-contained unit of measurement inward Bryon Bay, hoping for i final fighting of warmth earlier tackling wintertime proper, determined to attain every bit fiddling every bit possible.  It rained for much of the calendar week together with nosotros didn't pass every bit long at the beach every bit nosotros would convey liked, but nosotros read together with slept together with caught upwards on around favourite TV serial together with barely idea almost our jobs at all.  The latter was what nosotros needed most.

A curry made with

Eggplant parma burgers amongst pesto, spinach, together with roast potatoes on the side.

Nasi goreng amongst tempeh, broccoli, carrot, capsicum, Thai basil, onion, garlic, chilli together with love apple tree paste

Nachos amongst a dark bean-onion topping, avocado, cheese together with chilli relish
