Ginger-Peanut Kale Alongside Tofu & Quinoa

ii tablespoons tahini
ii teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon minced ginger
ii cloves garlic, minced
3 teaspoons tamari
ii tablespoons rice vino vinegar
