Broccoli Gribiche

Broccoli gribiche
(very slightly adapted from Heidi Swanson's Super Natural Every Day)

700g pocket-size potatoes, scrubbed as well as chopped into large but bite-sized chunks
350g broccoli florets

150ml olive oil
2 tablespoons carmine vino vinegar
1-2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons capers
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
1 tablespoon chopped chives
salt

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
