June 12, 2010: Plush Pizza Ii

comments on our previous Plush pizza post, I got a clear message that I needed to essay the Ben Special ($17) - "pesto, push mushrooms, ruddy onion, sliced roma tomato plant together with a calorie-free sprinkle of our hot spice blend. Garnished amongst slices of fresh avocado, cracked pepper together with a splash of balsamic vinegar". While I didn't alternative upwards on the pesto, spices or balsamic vinegar every 2nd I ate, this actually worked! The thinly-sliced avocado was a wonderful creamy alternative to melted cheese, together with I ever mean value it's the perfect partner for mushrooms.

I actually dig what Plush Pizza puts out - bucketloads of veges, flavor together with satisfaction without the oily, doughy ball of regret that takeaway pizza tin live on out inwards your tummy for hours afterwards.
