Carrot Fritters

I subbed parsley inwards for the fresh coriander, since that turned upwards inwards the box too, but otherwise stayed faithful to the master recipe. There's non actually a batter here, only plenty eggs as well as flour to cling to the grated carrot. Carrot fritters
