Somehow, without us actually noticing, the cafe on the corner of Elgin together with Drummond Streets inward Carlton has transformed itself from i of Carlton's many uninspiring eateries to a friendly cafe amongst a bright bill of fare together with fantabulous coffee. Welcome Cafe Lua! I intend they've been going for a piece but it was alone late that I bothered to read the bill of fare on my agency past.
