2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon solid soil cumin
10 cardamom pods, bruised
2 reddish capsicums, finely chopped
2 cups tvp, rehydrated amongst two cups of hot water
800 grams canned, crushed tomatoes
1/2 loving cup tomato plant paste
1 tablespoon cocoa
400g canned kidney beans
Heat the stone oil inward a large saucepan together with fry the onion together with garlic for virtually 5 minutes, until it softens.
Add all the spices together with stir everything together thoroughly.
Add the capsicum together with the TVP together with fry for a few minutes.
Add the crushed tomatoes, the tomato plant glue together with stir everything together. If the mix doesn't aspect saucy enough, sparse it out amongst a footling water.
