Broccoli & Gorgonzola Pie

Broccoli & gorgonzola pie

2 broccoli heads, cutting into florets
25g butter

150ml double cream
80ml water
15g chives, chopped
15g tarragon, chopped
three tablespoons grainy mustard
1 teaspoon salt
dark pepper
200g gorgonzola, cutting into crude oil cubes
1 egg, beaten
