Baked Peanut Tempeh

1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
two tablespoons peanut butter
two tablespoons tamari
two tablespoons lime juice
iii tablespoons maple syrup
a pinch of chilli flakes
225g block tempeh

Preheat an oven to 190°C. Line a large baking tray alongside paper.

In a medium-large bowl, thoroughly whisk together the sesame oil, peanut butter, tamari, lime juice, maple syrup too chilli flakes. (I mightiness blend them together inwards our spice grinder side yesteryear side fourth dimension to properly emulsify the peanut butter.)
