Surprise mint choc-chip icecream
(adapted from a recipe on In The Mood For Noodles,

1 loving cup fresh infant spinach leaves, stems removed
two x 400mL cans kokosnoot milk
2/3 loving cup agave nectar
two teaspoons peppermint extract
pinch of salt
80g night chocolate
1/4 loving cup kokosnoot oil

Blend the spinach leaves together alongside 1/4 loving cup of the kokosnoot milk to cast a smoothen dark-green liquid - nosotros accept a spice grinding attachment that achieved this but a criterion blender should belike work.
