November 3, 2007: Asparagus Ravioli

filling ravioli. The filling is bulked upwards amongst protein-rich tofu, has its flavor filled out amongst grated cheese, in addition to gets that saltation sass from, y'all guessed it, lemon zest. Only I subbed out the lemon zest for finely chopped preserved lemons.

Heidi's love apple tree sauce recipe over these ravioli but the markets provided an alternative: 28 Cooks.
